2006 Mitsubishi Evolution IX RS

Fully built road race car for ST2 class in NASA, no expenses spared. Car is built to handle 650whp+ no problem, makes 400whp at 14psi on 20g size turbo on spring. Over $80,000 invested including the car, walk away with a purpose built race car without having to go through the hassle of building one. Reason for sale is that there is no time to use this car as we have many other projects that we are working on. This car can easily be turned into a TIME ATTACK monster, rally car, or kept as a race car.

Engine – 2.2 stroker engine, GSC CNC race head with oversized valves, 94mm lightweight crankshaft, Mahle 9.8CPR custom pistons (Porsche uses Mahle oem), Brian Crower race rods, Custom 5/8 head studs, Power Enterprise Evo Timing Belt, Balance shaft eliminator kit, blueprinted Oil Pump, Kelford TX272 cams, Tomei ARMS 7960 turbo (slightly bigger than stock evo 9 turbo similar to 20g), Custom Exhaust with straight pipe or muffler (V-Band), Downpipe, Intake, AMS High Capacity Wet Sump Oil Pan, Accusump Oil Starvation System with Electronic Switch.

Drive train- Shep Transmission race build with EVO 8 – 3rd, 4th gear and JDM 5th gear, Stage 2 Transfer Case, Exedy Twin Metallic Clutch Kit with lightweight flywheel, Cusco 1.5 LSD Rear Differential, Billet Engine and Transmission Mounts, AMS Moustache Bar Eliminator

Suspension – TEIN SRC with race valving and custom spring rates (14k front, 16k rear), TEIN topmounts with adjustable Caster, Camber,ROBISPEC spherical bearings on all suspension joints (no polyutherane), ROBISPEC adjustable swaybars, Perrin PSSR, more stuff that I can’t remember.

Cooling – Koyo Radiator, AMS Upgraded Race Intercooler, AMS Lower Intercooler Pipes, AMS Upgraded Oil Cooler Kit

Brakes – Girodisc Stage 5 Brake System, Stainless steel brake lines, Raybestos ST43 pads, AMS brake cooling ducts, Hydraulic Hand Brake (for rallying), Wilwood Brake Proportioning Valve.

Safety – Robispec NASA/SCCA compliant roll cage with nascar door bars, padding on bars.

Electronics – AEM EMS standalone (PnP), Sparktech Coil on Plug CDI (good for 1000whp), Upgraded Fuel Pump, DEFI Advance CR with Central Control Unit (Oil Temp, Water Temp, Boost Gauge), AEM Digital Wideband Air/Fuel Gague with 02 sensor, lightweight batter with Taylor Cover.

Misc- ASM Group N air vent, front driver and passenger lexan windows with sliders, Robispec lightweight Carbon Fiber trunk, ASM carbon fiber trunk lid.

Interior – Sparco Corsa seats, Sparco 6 point harnesses, Sparco Steering Wheel

Wheels – Enkei NT03 with brand new NT01 – 255/40/17

Motor has about 4 hours on it, probably around 200 miles max. The engine build was done through Tuning Technologies in Colton, CA. They are an authorized dealer for AMS. Tuned at Church.
